At Accountexx Corporation, I oversee and manage all back-office operations, supporting staff in human resource activities, including staff recruitment and resolving daily employee-HR issues.
I ensure the smooth execution of internal office operations and maintain coordination within the team to develop and implement work systems in accordance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
I attempt to resolve operational issues faced by the team promptly, and report on daily tasks and monitor overall performance.
